The Expo Committee will be giving out free or discounted booths for next year’s Expo to the exhibitors who best decorate their booth to this year’s theme.
Judging will be on Wednesday, November 15, from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Winners will be announced on the trade show floor on Thursday, November 16 at 10:00 a.m. Winners will be chosen by the following criteria: most creative, the best representation of the theme, and most interactive. First place will receive a complimentary booth space in 2024, second place will receive a $200 credit toward their booth space in 2024 and third place will receive a $100 credit toward their booth space in 2024.

Large Equipment Move-In
Large equipment moves in Monday, November 13, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or on Tuesday, November 14 from 8-10 a.m. All equipment must be in place at that time. Please make sure any vehicles are out of trade show area by 10:30 a.m. so pipe and drape can be set-up.
Installation of Exhibits
Installation of 10×10, 10×20 & 20×20 exhibits occur on Tuesday, November 14 from 8 a.m. -5 p.m. . All must be fully installed by 9:30a.m. Wednesday, November 15. A staff member will be available to assist you with any questions.
**Only 10×10, 10×20 and some 20×20 exhibits (if your booth furnishing can t through the walk-in doors) are allowed to move out Thursday, November 16, after the trade show closes at 4 p.m. It is at the discretion of Century II Convention Center and Viper whether large equipment will be able to move out Thursday evening. Scheduled move-out time for large equipment is Friday morning, November 17 at 7 a.m. All equipment must be out of Expo Hall by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17.
Miscellaneous Information for all Exhibitors
A forklift will be available Monday, November 13 for move-in & Friday, November 17 for move-out. Complimentary power washers are available outside the overhead entrance doors on Monday, November 13 (ONLY) for large equipment. If large equipment plans to move in on Tuesday, November 14, you will be responsible to wash your own equipment.
Booths are furnished with an 8-foot table, two chairs, a wastebasket and a sign with the exhibitor’s name An Exhibitor Services Packet, including electricity, tables, carpet, etc., is available for download at ksabe.org. Please note that all aisles (not booths) will be carpeted. Exhibitors get two free registrations for every $675 of booth space purchased, which will include tickets to all functions except the Thursday evening dinner and entertainment.

* If you are not a current exhibitor of the Kansas Agri Business Expo, or a sponsor of Kansas Grain and Feed Association or Kansas Agribusiness Retailers Association, you will need to register as a “Roaming Exhibitor” if you plan to participate in this year’s Expo. If you do not pay to be a “roaming exhibitor” and solicit business on the trade show floor, you will be asked to leave the trade show floor immediately.
